Too much thinking has little positive contribution to our lives:
It is a distraction from the present, promoting unconsciousness,
It is full of fear and judgment,
It is an untrustworthy narrative, an untrue conceptual idea,
It objectifies the other.

Meditation makes me:
Still yet flexible like the tree,
Solid and stable like the mountain,
Fresh and fragrant like the flower,
Reflective and refreshing like the water,
Transformed like the butterfly, as having passed thru death.

Often I need to get out of my mind and into my body, a refuge.
To avoid thinking by feeling within and sensing all that is around me.
To appreciate this moment and let go of all the past and possible future.
To move away from fear and dwell in love.
